Drift Welcomes New VP Of Customer Success & Chief Customer Officer

Drift, a revenue acceleration platform, appointed Bart Hammond as Chief Customer Officer and Ryan Schultz as VP of Customer Success. The new hires will lead the company’s global field operation with a focus on helping build world-class customer experiences across onboarding, retention, professional services and expansion to drive revenue acceleration.
Previously, Schultz led identity security platform Okta’s North America Enterprise Success organization, while Hammond spent 30 years helping drive customer success experiences across the entire post-sales lifecycle for various security organizations.
