Cvent Completes Acquisition Of QuickMobile

Cvent, an event management software, has acquired QuickMobile, a mobile event app platform, for an undisclosed amount.

The acquisition aims to strengthen Cvent’s position in the event marketing industry with heightened capabilities for mobile event apps and onsite solutions. Together, the companies will serve more than 25,000 customers with over 3,000 employees around the world.

“The addition of QuickMobile’s platform ensures we continue to provide leading mobile event app technology to our clients worldwide,” said Reggie Aggarwal, Founder and CEO of Cvent, in a statement. “QuickMobile’s 100-member team brings deep domain expertise in — and a passion for — the meetings and events space, something we both already share.”
