Influ2, a person-based advertising (PBA) platform provider, secured $8 million in Series A funding led by Rally Ventures. Ryan Barretto, President of Sprout Social, also participated with a personal investment.
Influ2's PBA solution enables marketers to serve ads to specific decision-makers via display or social networks. Its person-based insights aim to provide sales teams with valuable insights that drive engagement within target accounts. The company plans to invest the funding into product development and continue its U.S. and team expansion. Specifically, the investment will enable Influ2 to build an end-to-end Buying Group Marketing (BGM) solution designed to help businesses monitor engagement and sentiment across buying groups.
"At the heart of ABM is a buying group that ultimately makes the decisions," said Dmitri Lisitski, CEO and Co-founder of Influ2, in a statement. "That's why we developed Influ2 — to give B2B marketers the power to reach key decision-makers at their target accounts. This investment will help Influ2 extend beyond advertising, allowing marketers to achieve more precision by extending their BGM approach more holistically across their programs."
